General Secretary of ESF Paris,
She is in her final year of a Master's degree in design at Strate School of design. She has also completed a double degree course at Strate Ecole de Design and a Masters in Innovation and Digital Transformation at Sciences Po Paris.
Noéline joined the association on a one-month humanitarian internship in June 2019, during the Women's World Cup.
She contributed to the development of the women's section, working with associations, CADAs (reception centers for asylum seekers) and major players in women's football. The benevolent and festive sporting environment, the members of the association, both volunteers and players, and her desire to get involved in a cause that was close to her heart were the main reasons why she decided to get even more involved.
So Noéline became General Secretary of ESF Paris.
With all the members of the association, they continued to deploy resources to set up the women's section.
As a result, in September 2020, the association was able to open the doors of a gymnasium to start its training sessions with a volunteer female coach.
Despite a slowdown due to Covid, one of the major areas of focus today is relaunching the women's section!
