As part of the opening of this women's section, we are setting up a partnership network with the various accommodation establishments in the Ile-de-France region (CADA and others), to get in touch with our future players and get to know them.

To ensure this daily link with the centers and our new members, we are therefore looking for volunteers who will be “ESF Paris Referents” and assigned to one of these partner establishments.

Your mission :

- Being able to be present on Thursday at the end of the day to accompany the players of your establishment to training and back home, attend training, and welcome new recruits

- Listening to your players (face-to-face or remotely depending on your schedule)

- Listening to your establishment if ever the staff wishes to raise a problem or a concern that concerns us. ESF Paris will remain in good communication with the management team, so the whole team will remain at your disposal and will be there to help you.

- Help the coaches to ensure the follow-up of the players (sports and extra-sports monitoring)

- Convey the values of our association on and off the field  

For this, associative experience or training in medico-social sciences is appreciated, but not essential. In this human adventure, it is your personality and your commitment that will make you essential for the players.

Where and when?

Tomorrow ! Then, remotely on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and weekends; and every Thursday, face to face, at the end of the day.
